Hemos repasado el estudio básico de la ecografía transfontanelar, pero quiero dedicar este breve post antes de ir a dormir a dos accesos auxiliares por dos fontanelas diferentes y que nos van a ofrecer dos vistas diferentes de la Coronal y la Sagital, detalladas con anterioridad.
Estos accesos nos van a ofrecer una imagen pseudo axial con un objetivo claro cada una de las dos…¿me acompañas?

- SONDA SITUADA 1CM POR ENCIMA DEL CAE
- MARCA DE LA SONDA HACIA ANTERIOR
- Objetivo: POLÍGONO DE WILLIS Y PATOLOGÍA CEREBELO
FONTANELA MASTOIDEA
- UNIÓN DE PARIETAL POSTERIOR,OCCIPITAL Y TEMPORAL
- SONDA DETRÁS DE LA OREJA
- Objetivo: ESTUDIO DE TERCER Y CUARTO VENTRÍCULO
- BÚSQUEDA DE HEMORRAGIAS
- FUSIÓN A LOS DOS AÑOS
