Un breve post este, en el que quiero que veas una dos lesiones típicas de la vejiga, un divertículo vesical y un urotelioma, una lesión benigna y otra maligna, que solo he visto unidas en una ocasión, y que repasando imágenes me he encontrado y no he dudado en subirlo porque me parece super interesante y además está hecho con «mi ecógrafo» al que tanto cariño le tengo y con el que tanto aprendí.

El Urotelioma:

Es con mucho el objetivo principal de este estudio dirigido a la vejiga, sobre todo si se cumplen ciertos criterios de sospecha como la hematuria, pacientes que fuman o han fumado y la edad.

Realizar siempre medidas y avisar al Radiólogo/a del hallazgo.

Ecográficamente aparecerá como una masa hiperecogénica, heterogénea, pegada a la pared en forma de “coliflor” que al ponerle el doppler color se puede ver como está vascularizada, esta vascularización es diagnóstica para malignidad, generalmente.

Urothelioma:

El Divertículo Vesical se verá como una imagen anecoica al igual que la Vejiga, exofítica a la pared de la vejiga, pero unida, como si de un desfiladero se tratase, pueden ser varios o único…En su interior pueden contener patología, como es este caso que te cuento específicamente en este Post..

The Diverticle:

Has repasado ambas patologías, vuelve a las dos imágenes del principio y observa cómo estás viendo las dos lesiones en una misma imagen. Es una imagen muy llamativa.
