Empezamos con la serie de protocolos que voy a desarrollar, siempre desde el punto de vista de mi profesión. No todos los profesionales de la Ecografía son médicos, en mi caso, mi objetivo no es diagnosticar, pero sí encontrar la mejor manera de conseguir la mejor imagen posible para poder darle al Radiólogo la oportunidad de ver lo que le pasa al/la paciente con la imagen técnicamente perfecta.
En esta serie de Post vas a poder ver cuales son las imágenes que tienes que realizar para poder tener un protocolo listo para presentar para la realización de un informe radiológico. Te voy a mostrar las imágenes de la región anatómica a estudio y como es el corte que tienes que realizar, pero desgraciadamente no puedo cogerte la mano para enseñarte a ejecutar la prueba, y es así como se aprende la Ecografía.
Te voy a enseñar los conceptos teóricos, pero la técnica de ejecución de un estudio se aprende ejecutando el estudio repetitívamente y enfrentándonos a gran cantidad de anatomías muy variopintas y vicisitudes que tienen que ver con la peculiaridad de cada paciente.
Como los protocolos son muy extensos los iré subiendo por partes y con números según la actualización que vaya realizando.
Sé que hay tutoriales que indican pormenorizadamente como colocar la sonda y donde para ver una estructura, pero desgraciadamente no vale con eso, no te frustres si no lo consigues a la primera, repite y repite teniendo clara, eso sí, la imagen que quieres conseguir.
La única manera de andar los primeros pasos en la Ecografía es como aprendí yo, como la experiencia me dice que tiene que ser, y que no es otra que dirigiéndote la mano al principio para que luego puedas caminar sola/o, eso se consigue en el centro de trabajo o taller práctico con una/un especialista.

Un consejo, no empieces por el tejado, recorre todos los Post, la técnica y la física son vitales, así como los parámetros, no te olvides de esto…ah¡ super importante, la anatomía, para reconocer estructuras ecográficas debemos conocer perfectamente la antomía de dicha estructura.Esto es vital, no puede uno enfrentarse a la realización de un estudio sin conocer, así que repasa siempre la anatomía, enlazaré en cada Post con alguna página donde puedas repasar la anatomía.
